I work out who a product is for, why they should care, and how that drives adoption and revenue.
Finding out what people actually misunderstand and fixing how products get described.
Translated, live
Same accuracy, different door in. This is the whole job. It is harder than simplifying, because nothing is allowed to become untrue on the way through.
What I do
Four things, and proof for each one.
Most of this happened under community and content titles. The job was the same every time: get the right people to understand the product, then get them using it.
Customer understanding
Two years reading every question in a 20,000 member Discord, in the order real people asked them. That is where the three segments came from: the sceptical Bitcoin holder, the DeFi native, the newcomer. Not a persona workshop.
Proof → BOBMessaging
Decide how the product gets described once, then hold the line. At BOB that became a three tier ladder, so each segment entered at its own level instead of being talked over or talked down to.
Proof → WTF is BTCFiLaunch and enablement content
Fourteen videos across nine Starknet products, each one followable with your own wallet open, because people get stuck at the screen and not at the idea. At Dreams Quest, six moderators who had to use the product before they were allowed to explain it.
Proof → StarknetCross-functional work and storytelling
Worked directly with the Head of Marketing at BOB. Built the moderator to leadership reporting line at Dreams Quest that had not existed before. Spoke at and covered builder events, and interviewed the people building.
Proof → Dreams QuestSelected work
Four products. The same question each time.
Who is this for, what do they already believe, and why should they care?
The studio
I build the products I want to use.
A small studio for products that solve a problem I have every day. If I stop using it, it was not worth building.
Rivu
A money app for living within your means. It turns what you earn, spend and own into one clear picture: what is safe to spend today, where the month is heading, and how long your money would last if income stopped.
Safe to spend today
₦3,100 of ₦12,500 spent today. ₦285,200 left for 23 days.
Writing and video
Published pieces
Product showcase and adoption content across three ecosystems, plus the unfiltered thinking in another place entirely.
What people say
From the people I worked for.
Screenshots rather than typed up quotes, so you can see they are real.

About
I came to product marketing through the support queue.
Most people writing product content start with the content. I started in the mod queue, answering the same questions by hand, every day, for years, in the exact words real users chose. By the time I started writing, I was not guessing at the audience.
Outside the work I am usually on a tennis court, or writing about why living below your means buys you more than money does.

Got a product that is hard to explain?
That is the interesting kind. Tell me what people keep getting wrong about it and I will tell you what I would do. No pitch deck required.
